Does my phone have to be turned on for the Olisto triggs?

Olisto works on your phone, but for a large part it works without really actively using your phone. Even when you do not have the app actively open on your smartphone, the triggs still work. Depending on the triggs you create, your smartphone can even be turned off!

The only triggs we actively need your smartphone is when a location or wheather condition is used. By this we use the location of your phone which has to be accessible and connected with the internet (via WiFi or 3G/4G). But for other triggs the app can easily be turned off.

The app Olisto can run in the background perfectly and does not have to be active on your phone.
